If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund before unpack the outer packaging of the product , please notice that the contact lenses product cannot be returned after unpacking.

3. We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
4. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
5. The after-sale warranty is 14 business days upon receiving the parcel(according to the logistic information).
Quality problems(ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc) of the product are found within the after-sale warranty, please contact us immediately and send us clear pictures of the defective item. We can replace it after checking.
Please do not throw the lens and lens packages before your problem is solved. We have several different packages, while the color of lenses from different packages may be different.

Please note that return labels are available, but we will deduct the cost of the return label from your refund. You may decide to use your own shipping carrier.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.
